Lindsay Duckett

is a Baking and Pastry student in Coos Bay, Oregon.

Lindsay is from Redding, California and has been cooking for over ten years. A former ProStart student, her qualifications include a ServSafe Food Protection Manager license, a California Restaurant Association Workforce Ready Certificate, as well as a California Restaurant Association Force in Training Certificate. In addition to cooking, she enjoys gardening, going on walks with her dog, collecting antiques, traveling, and watching movies. Prior to starting school at the Oregon Coast Culinary Institute, she was an Office Assistant at Health and Human Services.
